Letter from the Willow Creek HOA
To Whom lt May Concern:
JBK Landscaping has served as the landscape contractor for Willow Creek No 2 HOA for
approximaiely three years. When JBK first took over the job we were not pleased with
the shape of our common areas. JBK has consistently worked to improve the look of our
common areas and the functioning of our irrigation system, and we believe our common
areas are now in nice shape.
JBK is the third landscape contractor I have worked with in my capacity as Board
Member and Liaison to the Grounds Maintenance Committee. JBK is the most
responsive company I have worked with. It is unusally pro-active and brings problems to
our attention as they arise - or simply takes care of problems as they arise by applylng
common sense solutions. It communicates and generally follows through. It functions
more like a "partner" than a reluctant contractor, and takes pride in its work.
We ask JBK to bid on special projects (such as island landscaping improvements) from
time to time. More often than not JBK's bid is competitive with other contractors, and we
end up selecting them. When they have been selected to perform special projects they
have followed through and done a professional job.
We recognize that JBK is not the lowest priced landscape contractor available, and it is
not perfect. However, we believe we get our moneys worth from JBK, and we and our
homeowners are pleased with its work.
This letter is written in my capacity as a member of the Board of Directors and Ground's
Maintenance Committee of the Willow Creek No 2 HOA. In the interests of time, this
letter has not bosn approved by the Board or Committee, and expresses my own opinions.
Nonetheless, I believe the Board and the Committee hold views regarding JBK which are
substantially similar to those expressed above.
